Translate the standard into project controls
A contractor’s quality system should connect tender review, planning, procurement, site execution, inspection, handover and lessons learned. Each process needs inputs, responsibilities, controls and evidence.
Plan quality for each project
Define applicable requirements, project responsibilities, inspection and test plans, key suppliers, competence needs, acceptance criteria and controlled records before work accelerates.
Control external providers
